Meridius-Capital is a real estate investment and asset management boutique based in Frankfurt .

As an owner-managed and independent company, we invest nationwide directly as a family office and together with our close customer base in the form of joint ventures in retail and commercial properties. Within the Meridius Group, there are various investment strategies to acquire properties according to needs.

We invest in core, core plus, value-add and opportunistic properties. Our focus is on commercial properties, primarily in the retail sector, office properties and medical centers, as well as selectively in residential properties.
